Drug Uses
Ciаlis professional is an extra strength medication that starts to act faster than normal Ciаlis. It helps the body achieve a stronger erection while engaging in sexual activity.
Usage
Take one tablet of Ciаlis about an hour before sexual activity with or without a meal. How long the effect lasts may differ depending on how the drug works for you.
Missed Dose
This is not a scheduled medication. Use only as and when required. Do not take more than once a day.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
Overdose
Some of the typical symptoms of a Ciаlis overdose include severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain and irregular heartbeat. Seek medical attention immediately if you suspect an overdose.

Warnings/Precautions

you are allergic to any ingredient in Ciаlis Professional;
you have severe liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa);
you have certain heart problems (e.g., unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat), low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure;
you have had a heart attack within the past 90 days or a stroke within the past 6 months;
you are taking nitrates (e.g., isosorbide, nitroglycerin) in any form (e.g., tablet, capsule, patch, ointment) or nitroprusside;
you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of heart problems;
you use certain recreational drugs called poppers (e.g., amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate).
Contact your doctor or health care provider immediately if any of these apply to you.
Important :
Ciаlis Professional may cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Ciаlis Professional with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
Ciаlis Professional may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To prevent them, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these effects.
Do not drink large amounts of alcohol (e.g., 5 drinks or more) while you take Ciаlis Professional. Doing so may increase your risk of dizziness, headache, fast heartbeat, and low blood pressure.
Do not use other medicines or treatments for erectile dysfunction while you are taking Ciаlis Professional.
Ciаlis Professional does not stop the spread of HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Use barrier methods of birth control (e.g., cоndоms) if you have HIV infection or an STD.
Ciаlis Professional will not prevent pregnancy. If your partner may become pregnant and you wish to avoid pregnancy, be sure to use an effective form of birth control.
The elderly should use Ciаlis Professional with caution; they may be more sensitive to its effects.
Ciаlis Professional is not recommended for use by children; safety and effectiveness for children have not been confirmed.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Ciаlis Professional is not approved for use by women. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
chest pain or an irregular heartbeat;
swelling of the ankles or legs;
shortness of breath;
prolonged or severe dizziness;
a prolonged (lasting longer than 4 hours) or painful erection; or
dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw).
Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to take Ciаlis Professional and talk to your doctor if you experience
flushing;
mild dizziness;
headache;
nasal congestion;
diarrhea;
temporary blue tint in vision or other vision abnormalities; or
itching or a rash.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

The efficacy and safety of Ciаlis Professional for the treatment of erectile dysfunction was assessed in a 6-month study. Men with mild, moderate or severe erectile dysfunction were given Ciаlis Professional (20 mg) as needed or placebo.
Ciаlis Professional significantly improved erectile function compared with placebo. At the end of the study, sexual intercourse attempts success rate for those using Ciаlis Professional was 73.5%. This only refers to the ability to achieve erection and have intercourse, not speaking about other advantages of Ciаlis Professional.
